COCKTAIL MENU

Palandar’s Latin American inspired cocktails have won both plaudits and awards. Here’s what they have planned for us on the night.

MACARIO

A sweet, spicy and smoky cocktail, inspired by the legendary Mexican film of the same name. Altos Tequila Blanco and Del Maguey Vida Mezcal bring depth and warmth, with Cocchi Rosa and prickly pear adding sweetness, habanero a fiery kick, and Poachers Grapefruit Soda.

SAN PATRICIOS

Poitín and mezcal are fat-washed with cacao butter for depth and richness, bound with Cocchi Americano. Whole banana adds a tropical note through a series of bartender-led techniques.

DAYS OF DUNDER

Havana Club 7 Year and overproof rum with spiced pineapple, coconut and black cardamom. A rich, saucy vegan milk punch with warming spice and tropical depth.

ESMERALDA

Altos Blanco tequila, falernum and poblano pepper — bright, gently spiced, with a subtle savoury heat.
