Sister7's Spice Bag Party

Sister7 host a one-of-a-kind event with their unique take on that great Irish delicacy, the spice bag.

Celebrating the Michelin Guide coming to Dublin, created by chef Chun Li, it features:

  • Irish lobster

  • Irish confit duck

  • Braised Irish short ribs

  • Mini edamame bean spring rolls

  • Parmesan potato puff

Michelin Guide and spice bag in the same sentence is probably enough but we've also got local legend, DJ Sally Cinnamon soundtracking the event for us.
